DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Shipping within Australia is FREE for over $35 and it always comes with tracking. It's $8.95 for orders under $50.
International orders to the USA, Canada & New Zealand are FREE for orders over $120AUD or $20 under.

Regular delivery timeframes for Australia
Regular orders: 3 – 7 business days for delivery
Express orders: 1 – 4 business days for delivery
International orders: 10-20 business days for delivery
Orders are shipped via Australia Post from Melbourne, Australia the next business day after ordering but please keep in mind that our dewy team does not operate over the weekend or public holidays because we are humans that need breaks too :)
Email us at dewy@dewyandbae.com with the subject line “Urgent: Wrong Address” with your order number and correct details. The more info you give, the sooner we can try to change your details. Our team usually sends your order asap so please keep in mind that your order may have already been dispatched. Please be as careful as possible in providing the correct information when placing your order.

We are your team of sweet, skincare-loving bffs here to support, love, and nourish your skin with clinically proven ingredients in fabulous formulations.
All of our products are made in Melbourne, Australia, using locally sourced ingredients.
We are passionate about keeping it close so our packaging, retail boxes, cards, stickers, parcel boxes, and recyclable packing fill all come from Melbourne businesses within 5-10km.
Formulations are created by us whilst the dewiness is bottled by a local family-owned cosmetics company near our office – which is also family-run!
Our team is based in Melbourne, Australia and our hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST/AEDT.
Most of our products are vegan and gluten-free except one. Honey C Bronzy has a touch raw local wildflower which was sustainably sourced from a Victorian beekeeper whom practices ethical hive management.
